No. The time you select when booking is your “entry time slot.” Once you have entered, there is no limit to your viewing time, allowing you to enjoy the sunset or night view at your leisure.
Q3. What happens if I arrive later than my scheduled entry time?
A grace period of approximately 10 minutes may be accommodated at the discretion of the staff. However, if you are significantly late, entry may be refused. Please make every effort to arrive at your designated time.
Q4. How can I change the date/time of my reservation?
If you wish to change the date or time of your reservation, you may do so once by visiting the Top of the Rock Observatory ticket office before the time printed on your ticket.
Q5. Will I have to queue upon arrival?
After presenting your e-ticket, you will be granted immediate entry. However, you will be required to join the security screening queue for entry into the observatory.
Q6. Is there a time limit for viewing?
Once you are admitted, there is no time limit for your visit, and you are welcome to stay as long as you like.
